NVA provides a unique school culture and environment.   A rigorous, classical curriculum, strictly enforced dress code, nationally-recognized character development program, and emphasis on patriotism are just a few of the elements that make this possible.  Students thrive in this environment, which is so conducive to successful learning.  Here is a schedule of class offerings.

Organization
The high school will have an academy structure with focus on
Business and Information Technology and Career Arts and Humanities
.  Each area of focus will have a lead teacher who will support students throughout their high school experience.  Students begin to develop what will be a four-year plan while in the eighth grade.  Teachers will use this as a guide to help them make decisions about their future.

Course Offerings
The student who is driven to succeed will have the opportunity to graduate with up to 24 college credits.  The following are some of the professional technical certifications and/or licensures that will be available to students: Microsoft certification, CADD certification, A+ Hardware, and A+ Networking.

All students will take required academic and non-academic classes; the area of focus will direct participation in the elective classes.  Classes will be small; no more than 24 students per grade.  We have hand picked an exceptional staff and because of our small numbers students will be guaranteed personal time with each one of them.  This individualization will help students be successful academically and in gaining certifications or licensure.

Dual Credit
If students want to take classes NVA doesn’t offer, they will have opportunities to do so through a process called “dual credit.”  If students partner with another high school, they will receive high school credits. When they work toward high school graduation requirements through advanced courses at CSI (offered on our campus), they will also get college credit for those courses. Dual enrollment opportunities are available at most educational institutions.

NVA high school students; however, will have the unique experience of receiving constant, individualized support in their studies while taking college courses for credit or pursuing professional technical certifications or licensure.  They will be mentored and receive guidance and support—they will not be working alone.  Enroll today and...
